maybe i should take up yoga. you know, to cast out bad energy. learning how to meditate would do me good.

okay, i'm not so sure about the brought closer to and then return completely to God part, because, well, i'm not that religious, but i'm definately in for the surrender themselves completely so that all negativity can be removed.
